Interior designer William Ashcroft inherits a house in the holiday town of Coeursleigh-near-Sea. While getting the house ready to let, he meets Alan Clarke, artist and draper’s assistant looking for a new start. Just when things are going well, William begins receiving letters suggesting there’s more to the inheritance than he though.
